Meet the team!
Christine Marrero is our clinical director and founder. She received her Master of Education in Instruction and Curriculum from Arizona State University. Chrissy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Safety Care Trainer, and PEAK Level 2 certified. As the parent of a child who struggled with developmental and behavioral differences, she decided to pursue a career change because of the positive, powerful, and lasting impact that behavior analysis made to improve her family dynamic.
Christine Marrero, MEd, BCBA
Tiffany joined Southside ABA in 2016. She is our Operations Coordinator and a Registered Behavior Technician with extensive clinical experience in a variety of environments including home, school, community, and clinic settings. Tiffany specializes in obtaining insurance authorizations, billing, administrative tasks, and maintaining critical records. She enjoys creating fun activities and crafts for all of our clients.
Tiffany Trautner, RBT
Darla joined Southside ABA in 2017. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and received her Master of Education in Instruction and Curriculum at Arizona State University. Darla is a Safety Care Trainer and PEAK Level 1 certified. She is a lifelong learner and commits herself to keeping abreast of the most current research to facilitate her data driven analysis and decision making. Darla is invested in making treatment plans that will most benefit her clients' futures.
Darla Pfliger, MEd, BCBA
Hilary joined Southside ABA in 2018. She is our Clinical Coordinator and a Registered Behavior Technician. Hilary is currently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology to complete the required coursework for higher level certification. She received her Master of Education from Gwynedd Mercy University. Hilary has applied her teaching experience and clinical background to create and design high quality, individualized materials to use with a variety of curricula and assessments.
Hilary Leahy, MEd, RBT
Kerstin joined the team in 2018. She is an experienced Registered Behavior Technician. Her personal experience with her own son, who is on the Autism Spectrum, has guided her desire to improve the lives of other children. Kerstin specializes in clinic maintenance, teaching daily living skills, and providing office comedy to staff. She loves bringing nature to clients and teaching them about the world through animals, plants, and music.

Melanie joined the clinic in 2019. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. With a son on the Autism Spectrum, Melanie wants to ensure that all children are receiving the best services possible. She specializes in writing treatment plans that ensure a client's individual needs are described thoroughly and their progress is represented accurately.
Melanie Harper, MSEd, BCBA
Jessica joined Southside ABA in 2019. She is our Emergency Coordinator and a Registered Behavior Technician. Jessica is enrolled at Arizona State University and working on a second graduate degree to obtain a Master of Education. With a background in government and agriculture, she has a passion for sharing her understanding of animals with our clients. Jessica had the opportunity to meet Dr. Temple Grandin which only served to strengthen her interest in the many ways that farm life can benefit our clients.
Jessica Washington, MPA, RBT
Ginger joined Southside ABA this year. She received a Master of Science from Northeastern University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ginger has a background in teaching and has applied her experience to assisting clients in their personal interests. She has implemented techniques and strategies established by Dr. Greg Hanley and completed her clinical hours under the supervision of Dr. Hanna Rue. She enjoys making a daily difference in each client's life and watching them succeed.
Ginger Sack, MS, BCBA
Adner joined Southside ABA this year. He is our Lead Behavior Analyst. He has a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Adner graduated with distinction. He is an exceptional supervisor with a positive attitude and calming demeanor. We are so grateful to have Adner's many years of experience working in homes, schools, clinical settings, day programs, and corporate management.

Reagan is the newest member of our team and she certainly landed in a promising career. She has been known to fall asleep on the job. Reagan is also the only team member allowed frequent breaks to eat. She's great at making sure every toy is up to her high standards. What more could we ask for?
